Complete a Response Guide

Download (copy) the Response Guide Form.

Complete the Response Guide as :
          »   an Informant Respondent with an Indemnity Application (if required).        or
          »   as a Victim Respondent with a claim to the specific right that has been violated.
          »   an Anonymous submissionin which case the return postal address could be any family or close associate.
 Additional information (evidence) may be scanned and attached to the response guide.

E-mail the Response Guide Reply Form (with attachments) to :

respond@respondsa .co.za with an accompanying return address in order to:

        »   receive written confirmation receipt of your response.
        »   receive notification when UPDATES [Edition 2, Special Edition etc.] are published.

Wait for confirmation of receipt of your response by e-mail.

Benefits For Respondents:


Informants : - Indemnity -

  • Any person who admits to acting unlawfully on an instruction of a lawyer:
         »   to improperly influence any legal cause of action
         »   and which act has contributed to harm on another person
         »   and that has resulted in a threat to a right in the Bill of Rights
  • will be granted amnesty from prosecution by the Commissioner in exchange for the truth.

Victims : - Reparations (damages) -

  • Any victim of an unlawful or unconstitutional act by any lawyer:
         »   must claim the Right that has been violated and
         »   will be in a position to demand that any harm (damage)
  • will be repaired (compensated) to the position prior to (or as a consequence of) the intervention of the lawyer.

Public :  - Protection of the Bill of Rights -

By protecting the  Bill of Rights from a threat, the public (and the legal profession) are protected from any System that threatens the Bill of Rights.
